City socialite Don Nasser (real name Nasser Nduhukire) has been granted bail after spending nearly three months in Luzira Prison. The Kampala High Court approved his release with strict conditions.
Nasser paid a cash bail of 3 million shillings, and his guarantors signed non-cash bonds of 50 million shillings each.
The court also seized his passport, preventing him from traveling abroad without prior permission.
Furthermore, he is required to check in with the court registrar monthly for the next six months.
