how Arsenal can transition from being title contenders to Premier League champions.
Arsenal has finished second in the Premier League in the last two seasons, behind champions Manchester City. They remain
among the challengers this season, but Manchester City isn’t performing at their usual high level, and Arsenal currently sits
third, behind Liverpool and Chelsea, who occupy the top two spots

Arteta has been at the helm of the Emirates Stadium for five years but has only secured the 2020 FA Cup, which he won controversially against Chelsea, as his major trophy. Despite leading Arsenal to two second-place finishes, Arteta has yet to claim the Premier League title, a prize the club hasn’t won since their unbeaten 2003/04 season.

Aina believes Arteta knows what he must do to overcome this hurdle.
“They’ve finished second for two seasons now. I think they need depth—squad depth. They’re competing in several competitions,
and you need players for that,” Aina explained during an appearance on the Filthy Fellas Podcast. His assessment is spot on, as Arsenal has struggled in the latter stages of recent seasons when fatigue and injuries have taken a toll on key players. Injuries to crucial figures like Thomas Partey and William Saliba have been costly for the team. This season, Martin Ødegaard has also spent time on the sidelines, further
complicating matters for Arteta’s side.

As reported by BBC Sports, Bukayo Saka is now set to be out for several weeks after suffering a hamstring injury during the 5-1
win over Crystal Palace, adding to Arteta’s growing list of concerns.
Ola Aina named Bukayo Saka as the Premier League’s best player, fuelling the ongoing social media debate on who the face of the
league is. Aina claimed Saka has been doing it every season, a statement most fans won’t agree with because of Arsenal’s lack of trophies despite their supposed great performances.
